Welcome to Diamond Dream Jewels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of diamonddreamjewels.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it.

1. About Our Products

We sell fashion jewellery and lifestyle accessories. Our jewellery includes 18K gold-plated and silver-plated pieces and is not solid gold, solid silver, or fine jewellery unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Product images are provided for illustration only. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of some products.

All jewellery includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • A pricing error has occurred.
  • Fraud is suspected.
  • The item is unavailable.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices include UK VAT where applicable.
  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
  • Multiple currencies may be displayed for convenience. The checkout currency is final.
  • Payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied after purchase unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, shipping charges, and international delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.

5. Returns, Refunds & Your Statutory Rights

Your rights regarding returns, refunds, faulty goods, and your 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

We aim to resolve complaints within 2 business days.

UK customers may also seek advice from Citizens Advice or use any available consumer dispute resolution service where applicable.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Diamond Dream Jewels regarding your use of the Site.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK or EU retain any mandatory legal protections available in their country of residence.
